Videodrome May 31st at 11pm Club SAW

Saturday Night Sinema brings you Cronenberg's Videodrome

This May we present David Cronenberg's 1983 film Videodrome starring James Woods as a programmer of a sleazy Toronto TV station who finds a mysterious tape containing a scene of torture that slowly ends up twisting his mind and body! Deborah Harry co-stars.

Videodrome (1983), 88mins, Rated R
May 31st at 11pm at SAW Gallery/Club SAW
67 Nicholas St. Ottawa, tickets are $5.00

Censors tend to do what only psychotics do... they confuse reality with illusion. A friend of mine saw Videodrome, said he really liked it, and added, you know someday they're going to lock you up. [Suicide] ...it's probably the only way we can give our death a meaning, because otherwise it's completely arbitrary.
